      Pros

      Great mission, great perks and benefits, great food, great co-workers. Definitely the best place to work in Austin.

      Cons

      Still growing rapidly, lots of things changing often, but this is much better than not growing and fighting over budgets or having layoffs etc

      It was the best place to work. Benefits were great and the commission structure was very lucrative.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything bad to say. The staff was very nice and management was always there to help.
