- breakfast - fun colleagues - nice working space

Cons

- targets are way too high, doesn't matter what team you're in, you will be happy if you receive a bit of your bonus - a lot of pressure from directors - it's never enough - people coming in on different basic salaries that are totally not fair towards employees working in Indeed for a longer time - unlimited PTO? don't think about it, it's all in the hands of your director and sometimes totally not fair - a lot of software bugs - some teams really mess with clients and give them wrong advise to get the revenue, can't blame them since the targets are high, but unfortunately they get away with it

Senior management is hopeless I started in may in the APAC HR team and management is incompetant. management thinks they know every thing but I use to work as a HR consultant at a big company and know sooooo much more then them. most dont do anything or not much work. i am thinking of leaving
