Pros

Flexibility, Job Security, Location (South of France), Paid Courses. I would recommend the company just because it's still one of the decent companies in the Alpes-Maritime region.

Cons

Low salary, practically inexistent raises, not so many clients to chose from especially if the level of French is under B1, very poor connection between Inetum managers and the client. The Inetum commercial managers tend to change, however in the first 2 years at Inetum (former Gfi) the commercial managers (those that mediate between an employee and a client) were borderline incompetent.

Pros

Good work environment, only only

Cons

Here a lot to mention. I worked here, so ... There is no appreciation of employees, perhaps at headquarters. There are no increases, looking for cheap and new labor, especially looking for the first job or even unemployed. So the payment level is lower. They prefer people under IEFP as they are exempt from SS for a while. However if they like the service they offer contract but now earn even less as they are no longer under IEFP so they will have to pay SS friendly they are. Employees are seen as warehouse parts (pallets), something to use and throw away. The managers are chosen very well, in order to make the above described, bad management happen. When the remuneration is too high for what they are proposing, they give much of it out, so that in the salary receipt comes a low value, why is it? Reminds us of the first ford model T production line many centuries ago. There would be even more to say, but I think you see how it is.
