      My team was great !

      Cons

      Enjoyed a lot my team, but never had a raise and after 2 years I just left. Normally they prefer hiring 1 or 2 trainees and let go someone experienced when they ask for a deserved raise. The thing is to pay as low as they can, and sell us as Seniors to the clients.

      Pros

      Good quality of life and advantages with the CE (comité d'entreprise). Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Very few career opportunities. Strong difficulty in getting trainings - no real interest in making employees growing. Only french spoken. The contractor feels abandoned as the "suivi de mission" are yearly based and totally useless. Employee profit sharing is simply ridiculous (20 euros each year).
