      Pros

      Large company with flexibility in schedule and work location. Decent travel opportunities. The capital of the company means that they don't have to penny-pinch you on trips or accommodations when traveling.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy for being the "world's largest startup." It feels like a regular business job just trying to be interesting and appealing. Very little opportunity for career promotions besides just putting time in and waiting for management to decide to promote someone. Very difficult to get recognized if you're not one of the top sellers, even if you are doing excellent work.

      4 weeks vacation, better than decent benefits package, and a wide variety of company owned technology under one umbrella.

      Cons

      When one company buys another there are several challenges with harmonizing the two companies into one.

      Flexible, ability to work remotely, good opportunities to develop career. Infor's a dynamically developing company with competitive offerings in the enterprise software space

      Organization is aging, need for a lot of self-management and self-initiative (may also be a pro). Sometimes difficult to find persons that you need for a certain task.
