      Innovative, Pre-IPO, Cloud Focused, Broad Capabilities, Great Leadership, Global, Great Culture, Challenger, Customer Focused, Greater User Experience driven through internal design group Hook and Loop. Focus on Science Through internal Optimization Team.

      Cons

      Young company going through major transformation and still getting it's sea legs. Very entrepreneurial but still somewhat bureaucratic. Pivoting to a complete Cloud Company isn't easy.
