Pros
Has a vision but not across all solutions. All focus on ERP/FMS. My manager is great but anyone above seems to have little interest. Not enough focus on Europe, very US focused,
Cons
Not enough focus on Europe, very US focused, Senior management too focused on ERP/FMS and very little on the point solutions. Marketing for point solutions having to be done by non-marketing personnel. If only they would think widespread it would be much more successful. Think about Europe chaps, not just the US.
