Pros

Good top-level approach to consolidating multiple legacy product loines and integrating them with current technology. They have been able to retain high-ability staff in many of the acquired companies.

Cons

Far too much dis-aggregation at working level. Local loyalties only, and very low employee understanding of group objectives. No-one can identify all the group's components, or say what overall development priorities are, or understand how their own area relates to other product areas. Missing out on huge opportunities to cross-sell and build real solutions that can challenge SAP/Oracle (which have grown through similar processes but have a much closer integration of product-marketing)

Pros

Company headed in the right direction. I have a great manager, and work on a very good team.

Cons

Not as much process in place as many people would like. There is ambiguity and a lack of organization in some areas. We are not that competitive with our salaries. Better comp plans are needed, along with better benefits.

Pros

A global fast growing company with a visionary leader. Product development is key as well as new customer offerings as you would expect from a startup, disruptive, new ideas, learning from what the competitors didn't do. The solutions are more and more intuitive based on the end-user. If you look for a global company where change is key this is the place to be, great opportunities for your career.

Cons

Employees are often seen and treated as commodity. Work-life balance is way out, people are easily hired and fired. HRMS, Employee value creation, people development, transparency in reviews and actual improvement plans these are not often enough used by senior management, which is a shame because there are a lot of hardworking employees and many of them fear to be treated as the next disposable commodity.
