      Pros

      Working one on one with the individuals is mostly rewarding and I have a lot of respect for 80% of my coworkers. It is a job in this industry, which aren't easy to come by.

      Cons

      Large collection of mismatched solutions. No continuity across in platform, features or functionality. Most importantly all the bad that was Oracle is now the bad that is Infor thanks to Charles Phillips and his goal to build Inforacle.

      The employees are smart and good to work with. Flexible working hours You can work out of your home

      Cons

      New management does a very poor job with communicating to the employees. New management has not run a company of the size and geography coverage of Infor. Lack of money for product development.
