      Too many Layers to communicate well to "the get it done well"

      Good pay, benefits are competitive, PTO is good, travel is good, no micro managment

      Cons

      Division staff never really know what is going on, because of too many layers of managment to go through. Little to no annual reviews It is all about numbers, numbers and targets

      Great benefits. Ability to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      No real potential for growth unless you take your manager's job. No raises on salary and not bonus structure unless you are an executive or a sales person.
