      Infor is a very disorganized company to work for

      Pros

      Easy to get time off, ability to work at home and telecommute, mostly good people who are trying to make a difference and improve the software projects they are given.

      Cons

      No personal growth path, management is only concerned with sales, so they reward salesmen and dont reward the software support staff. Revolving door attitude, and many experienced people leave after being with Infor for a few years. Software is buggy and very poorly architected, thus end up doing software malfunction patch over patch without determining the root cause of the problem.

      lots of time off, flex time, work from home, casual environment

      Cons

      outsourcing to cut costs, lots of changes, lots of confusion, 10 different ways to do one thing, too many people to answer to, no raise, promotions but no salary increase

      My colleagues were very smart and hard-working, even when the company did little to deserve it they always went above and beyond the call of duty.

      Cons

      Change is constant and there is no rhyme or reason for how decisions are made.
