      Pros

      Large customer base. Global Presense.

      Cons

      Antiquated technology, leadership team is way over their heads. Charging clients huge maintennce dollars while not enhancing the products. Little integration across all of their products.

      Good company, tons of product growth potential. No growth potential from an employee standpoint

      No raises, or very little raise. No incentives for harder or better work. Processes move backwards instead of forwards.

      A big company with a lot of products... and a lot of acquisitions

      Big software company financially stable and powerful, many products, worldwide presence

      Cons

      Infor acquired a lot of companies and killed a few of them. The equation is simple, the product bring some money, you are safe for a while, otherwise, they simply sack the engineering and the R&D, continue to sale the product until it goes to maintenance mode ... and then the end.
