Business Outlook

Pros

- Training as a fresher is awesome. - Intelligent people around. - Onshore job opportunities are high in some projects. - It has a squad of very good educators and trainers. - Super good campus.

Cons

- Takes projects with baseless timelines just to get the deal. - Hikes are pathetic. Example: my roommate got INR200 yearly hike on 2016. - Too hectic life. Rarely you would find a work life balance. - There are barely any Incentives, reimbursements or indirect benefits as compared to other companies.
