Pros

Excellent training. Infosys has a very strong Education and Research unit. Beautiful campuses. various art and fun groups at work like photography, drama, music, dance clubs. Easy accessibility to middle and senior management. Nice company to start and build your career with.

Cons

Values can be aligned strongly. Middle level employees like PM, SPM can do better with more humane attitude. It is important to keep work life balance of all your team members in mind. Work hours are unhealthy. Can do better with minimum work hour policy revision and better time planning on IT projects.
