Pros

You get to work with lot of different names in the industry, which will enable you to get a very wide exposure. Help you become very versatile and flexible and you would be able to pick any job, any task and any technology really fast!!!

Cons

Will not be able to be master of any one technology or domain. Difficult to have work life balance.
