Pros

Schedule your routes, no micro managing, great leadership. It is just a very great and organized company. Company car, company gas card, great medical, etc.

Cons

There is a bit of travel especially in certain territories. The pay could be a little better but the benefits are very good!

Management was difficult to work for. Terrible training but yet they expected you to know things you were not properly trained in.
