Pros

Generous PTO, WFH friendly (since the pandemic). Teams do collaborate well together, most of the time.

Cons

In 2021 Inmar pushed a campaign to receive the “Great Place to Work” certificate. And by pushed I mean they shoved the “anonymous” survey down our throats. I’m not sure if everyone was honest or just too scared to call out the cons, but I’ll share a list here: - too many chiefs, not enough Indians - people are not compensated for their worth nor at market value. - the compensation model is a joke. There’s no clarity and no way to confirm your numbers are right. Quotas are laughable. - the people who work the hardest and strive to make clients are happy are not recognized for what they do - Inmar is a Jack of all trades and a master of none. They continue to acquire other lines of business while not developing current and successful services. - clear and present favoritism, almost like a good ol’ boys club - Every time they announce a big promotion or a change to the leadership team, there is a 99.9% chance that it’s a white male.
