Advocating Inmar

Pros

Inmar is a great place to the work. The morale is always positive and the people ambitious. Constantly encouraging innovation and education. The benefits are good and the pay is satisfactory. Most of upper management is honest and down to earth. Even the CEO, David Mounts, tells us what his plans are and what is going on. Last year he held a meeting just so that he could explain why he had to let some people go, most companies wouldn't give it a second thought. Not only would I recommend Inmar to a friend, I have to several. The ones who have been able to get a job are advocates for Inmar as well.

Cons

Like every company Inmar has had to let people go.

Pros

Inmar has been through a lot of change this year but definitely moving in the right direction. The company is growing and will be moving to the corporate headquarters to a new builiding downtown. Great employees with much focus of teamwork.

Cons

Change happens rapidly and sometime difficult to keep up.

Pros

Co-worker are the only value that Inmar has going for them.

Cons

This company "fudge" the survey to be one of the triads top employers. The laid off close to 200 people in which they promised Bev Perdue to keep jobs in Winston Salem. They had no true intentions of leaving NC because they never told the employees. They told us they wanted us all in the same building. Now they will hire 200 of their friend children for those position. Inmar is notorious for layoffs. The first wave of people were "fired" because their job was no longer needed. The next 120 or more were laid off and had to sign a agreement not to disclose they were laid off. This company has a bunch of corporate crook who are exploiting loyal employees.
