      Very good company and great working environment. You have very good visibility. The top management is very encouraging.

      Flexible schedule, but limited advancement opportunities

      Flexible Time off and remote/hybrid schedule

      Cons

      No advancement unless you are part of a clique. Management take survey but don’t really listen to what the employees are asking. Pay isn’t that great. And to apply for position within, the interview process is way too much.

      CEO seems cool, Pay ish, flex time.. thats really it. more cons :)

      bonus sucks, probs 5% annually if lucky, female driven team in marketing (which is fine, but I think you get the point), leadership especially marketing has 0 focus or idea on direction so things change a lot and guess who gets the blame? Growth? How many years ya got? WLB? Get used to Saturday work days and fun Sunday email catch up!
