Pros

The company has been working for over 2 years to systemize their job levels and salaries, increase their salaries, and systemize their annual review process. This is in hopes to increase longevity, since staff at the RA level tend to have high turnover. International travel opportunities are great. The staff all over the world are fantastic. The time off is generous, around 3-4 weeks.

Cons

The pay is low, but, that is what you expect when you work for a company that has a positive impact on people -- haha.
