Pros

Very interesting work done in different areas Global organization that allows you to work from colleagues from all over the world Laid-back attitude and lots of flexibility

Cons

Role descriptions and responsibilities are not clear at all, you would not know the hierarchy by just looking at the positions Very low salaries, even for the non-profit sector No career prospects at all, IPA has archaic and super strict guidelines for staff promotion and payment increases High employee turnover
