Pros

The work at IPA is rewarding and a great learning experience. You'll have a lot of responsibility and a lot of automomy.

Cons

IPA asks an unreasonable amount from its employees and this makes the work unsustainable. Added to this, the compensation is very low relative to the education/experience required.

-IPA enforces they time-off policies very well -They also to some extent try to stick to the values and mission statement.

Cons

-There is no room for personal growth at all especially in the lower positions (i.e. field officers, research officers) -The compensation is pathetic for the lower cadres in the organisation given the amount of work they do i.e. for field officers -The management is not open to criticism and is not open-minded and hence tend to be very egotistical -The decision making process is top-down and not all inclusive as it should be
