Business Outlook

Pros

- Fantastic people and culture (fun, learning, still start-up energy) - Strong focus on mission and impact - Super flexible work environment (this was the case pre-COVID too) - Leadership seems to care about making organization better

Cons

- teams are small so often over-stretched (downside of ambitious plans) - Can be difficult to deal with external partners/ researchers, but that seems to have improved over the years
