Pros

Engage world-class researchers and this is the only advantage.

Cons

Discriminatory in terms of job awarded from HQ versus country offices, does not value local staff, and does not value long-time employees. Salaries for the local staff are significantly lower than international staff. Growth opportunity is extremely limited.
