Pros

Great research experience. If you're looking to gain insight into the research world, work with some of the most innovative researchers in the field and want to get the hang of project development and management, this is definitely a great place for you. Biggest upside to working here is the people you get to work with.

Cons

It lacks a definite structure. This is a young organization and it seems to be in a state of constant flux, which could be spun as a pro or a con.
