Pros

-Important mission and lots of commitment to it in the organization -Smart and engaging colleagues -Can get responsibilities quickly and the possibility to grow within the organization at a faster pace than in other organizations of this size

Cons

A lot of the HQ staff work remotely. May feel lonely for some people, great for others. Country offices tend to be more in-person.
