Pros

I interviewed at IPA and got the job. It only took the interview panel one week to decide and call me in to start the Job. I had cool colleagues who were ready to induct me into the company and lively team members who made me feel apart of the Family.

Cons

I had no bad experience in the spun-off 10 months that I worked in IPA. I enjoyed every day. Dressing casually was great and the company concentrated more on our brains than looking at dress code. Working in Administration was good but the chances of staying in one position are high given that their no room for promotion careerwise unless someone resigns and you are considered qualified for that Job.

Pros

You'll learn a lot while working as a RA/SRA.

Cons

Many projects are too academic, with little to no policy value.
