Pros

At least they care about the employees by providing them with all necessary materials and adequate information before field work starts

Cons

The renumeration is so poor and most times they fail to pay a per diem for temporary jobs and still expect an employee to relocate to a new place even though it's going to be a one month assignment

Pros

-Tons of responsibility -Amazing international jobs -options for continuation -You're working a job that makes a difference -Management at least understands what work you're going through and tries to compensate you (comp days, let off early, etc.)

Cons

-very little money for what you're worth -not a ton of support -it's a lot of work (more than 9-5) -Irregular work schedule (sometimes very long stressful days, sometimes you have nothing to do)
