Pros

Great group of young, smart, people. Basically a large team of people, excited about their jobs. Provides amazing opportunities to learn things from project and data management to stakeholder relationships and fundraising.

Cons

The Organization is still on the process of laying down standardized processes and policies throughout and inside its offices. It's doing a great effort, though.
