Supportive team Lots of employee engagement Systems currently working on improving IT infrastructure Lots of opportunities within the company

Cons

The substantial con to me is the fact that Intact is not slow to cut employees. I agree that this is necessary if an employee is underperforming, however at times it feels like its more of a business decision to get free up your FTE for future business plans. Ultimately you need to get noticed and liked by upper management to feel like you have a secure foothold. In such a large company, that can be a challenge.

Cons

Unrealistic pending with unrealistic expectations. Top heavy management. hiring individuals with no AB experience.
