Good benefits, great people, very inclusive, good culture. Pay is ok.

Cons

Workload is too high. Expectations unrealistic. A lot of change all of the time which can make it difficult to get settled into a flow.

- Amazing work culture - Lots of room for growth - Strong management - Great pension

Cons

- Nothing negative. Most people start with contracts which can be annoying. However - securing a full time position after proving yourself is not difficult.
