      Pros

      Oboarding is amazing... Intact values their employees and wants to ensure they are adequately trained before overwhelming them with workload. From an employees point of view this is an amazing opportunity to get familiar with the Intact programs, how the department operates and to ensure a smooth transition... I believe this is the best onboarding experience to date. Having a success partner gives you a sense of relief when you come across something new Managers available at all times is a good feeling when your brand new

      The company is a leader in their industry. Company is very clear of their direction and expectations they have in order to maintain a lead. Intact is always growing and taking on new and exciting challenges Pay is competitive, there are lots of opportunities to grow through multiple lines in the company. Worklife balance, flexible work environment, great benefits and pension are a few of the great things provided

      Leader in the industry and this has high expectations which some will see as a negative but is very rewarding
