Pros

-Great coworkers -My particular manager was awesome and really cared about the growth of employees -Large company with opportunities for growth of you work really hard

Cons

-Pay is on the low end of what other companies pay for similar positions -Heavy workload means it's hard to get exposure in other areas of the company -Company can be very cheap and uses contract workers as underwriters even though they're understaffed -Too much focus on political and social ideals

Thank you for leaving us a detailed review. We hear you on both counts, the things you like and the areas that need improvement. We are working on the feedback we received through the engagement survey and are actively working on streamlining the workload. With regard to pay, there are many complex factors to consider, especially in a changing market. As you mentioned, we are a large company. As a large company in a country whose multicultural identity grows yearly, our DEI efforts showcase the history and social inequalities many people endure and live with. Causes that matter to our employees matter to us. And we want everyone to feel represented and heard.
