1. Not much growth within the organization. 2. Lots of internal politics when it comes to promotions. 3. Not much diversity at the organization especially at the leadership level. 4. Below industry base pay and benefits.

You can go from customer service to an adjuster really quick but there's ceiling once you become an adjuster

Cons

So many cases are on your plate that you can only meet your requirements by working outside your working hours. Lots of stress

Cons

Salary for entry level positions are considered low for the high cost of living in Toronto for 2023/2024. Company is refusing to increase the salary (max 3%) so lots of new people are leaving trying to find better positions.
