Very positive and supportive culture. This company is constantly looking for ways to support their employee's role and future development. There is lots of opportunity for advancement if you put in the work and show the skills they are looking for. There is no promotion based solely on seniority here. The salary is a little lower than competitors bit they make up for it in benefits and culture.
