Like working with robotic children ...no professionalism exists and overall very inconsistency does exist ..workload is overwhelming

Cons

Do not work in Corporate: it's a lot of overtime because it's not organized and nothing is automated. Upper management has unrealistic requests requiring you to always change whatever you do. It could be discouraging.
