Pros

I could not ask for a better hiring process. From HR to the team and the Hiring manager. They all tried their best to make a comfortable space for me. The mission also inspires employees to give their best performance. Very happy to work for IRC

Cons

Bureaucracy can be annoying but also it gives job security.

Poorly run organization

Pros

The mission of the organization is good

Cons

It's an extremely disorganized place. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Programs are poorly implemented, and no accountability whatsoever. There is a high turnover. Top management seems to be mainly British
