Blinded by their own arrogance. There are better NGOs.

Pros

They have good tools. But no one knows or cares how to use them.

Cons

Blinded by arrogance thinking they are the best when real risks and compliance issues were present. Lied to by HR. No processes to check information going to donors. Absolutely not worth it. Toxic and cliquey organization. Senior management disappeared half the time.
