Pros

Great team and great mission, but unfortunately zero support and not enough funding and no work-life balance

Cons

Not allowed to pay overtime, takes advantage of immigrants and asks for us to work 50+ hours a week. caseworkers do ALL of the field work and management does not help at all with any field work (which is 85% of the job). We are asked to only log 37.5 hours a week, regardless of how many we work and we are denied overtime. The "little" people simply do not matter at this organization yet they are the people working with refugees. So frustrating and skewed my entire perception of larger non-profits.
