Pros

flexible working arrangements, travel opportunities, working with passionate people who care about the mission, generally pleasant coworkers, nice office space in NYC. internal mobility is a plus, including temporary assignments to build your skills and grow in your career.

Cons

pay could be better. painfully bureaucratic, shared decision making meaning it takes forever to get anything done, constant changes being implemented, complex processes & systems. but I digress, this is still a great organization!
