Great place for young humanitarians

Workplace culture, helping people, somewhat flexible, thrilling, promote from within, the work is always interesting

Cons

Leadership not always forthcoming, definitely a place for single childless employees, no room for growth for years at a time, leadership willing to accept workers working themselves to the bone

it is too far away from my living place. they hired more volunteer than they really needed.
