Pros

Very professional, yet intense recruitment process. They are really trying to make sure they get the right person in the job. The salary offer was transparent and in line with what was published.

Cons

Lack of assigned desk or office is frustrating. However, everyone seems to buy in.

Pros

The teams doing programming (resettlement and humanitarian programs abroad) are very mission oriented.

Cons

Very low morale. Competitive/cut throat approach internally. Lack of management/leadership creates tensions and passive aggressive internal issues. High degree of turnover for years in External Relations department without any steps to address it. DEI issues have not been meaningfully addressed. Constantly changing goals every other year due to turnover.
