Pros

Wonderful mission. Highly intelligent, passionate and dedicated staff. More than 90 cents of every dollar goes directly to helping refugees.

Cons

Bureaucracy and old-fashioned systems makes it difficult to move quickly. However there is a commitment from senior management to update systems for more rapid response.
