Pros

They paid me. And gave me a questionably low severance package after months of HR trying to force me to work with my abusive manager.

Cons

They will not sign my Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms.

Pros

The programs are great, incredible work that the employees get to help carry out for their clients who are in need of their services. Great benefits, never have to work overtime really.

Cons

Lacking leadership and positive environment in Admin and across many departments. Onboarding is lacking, very rushed, stressed, unhappy, disorganized departments and morale is low
