Pros

One thing that drew me to IRC was the organization's commitment to emphasizing skills and competencies over advanced degrees. I fully support this approach, as I believe that hands-on experience and practical skills are often more valuable than formal education. As an ambitious and hard-working individual, I am eager to expand my skills and take on new challenges to contribute to the success of the organization.

Cons

The local staff does not share the values of IRC (the duty to report), there is nepotism and lack of impartiality in the local staff. The international staff is very good.
