Pros

I could not ask for a better hiring process. From HR to the team and the Hiring manager. They all tried their best to make a comfortable space for me. The mission also inspires employees to give their best performance. Very happy to work for IRC

Cons

Bureaucracy can be annoying but also it gives job security.

A charity that lives off the goodness of its people

Pros

The office space is nice and the people are lovely, except for the Head of HR.

Cons

The expected workloads and to deliver on when the departments are under resourced creates burnout for most of their staff. The Head of HR has been known to bully people who complain and has spoken many times about how they don't think that supporting BAME staff is important.
