Great team dynamic, supervisor that follows through and provides support at all times. working with the population is rewarding.

Cons

The work hours may be long depending on home visiting needs and distances traveled, compensation is not enough for the intensity and long hours of work.

Pros

Time off, Growing and room for growth. Benefits were great, but the plans are changing in January 2023, most families will not be able to afford it. Excellent mission.

Cons

No work life balance, leadership is unaware of day to day. Program training from HQ is only over zoom or teams. No local HR support. Some offices get more funding and the smaller offices have to fight for anything. Policy changes and no support from management.
