Pros

IRC has some cook professional development opportunities if you have the time and energy to pursue them.

Cons

The IRC-Denver office is poorly run. I have been in ID/Humanitarian sector for almost a decade, including other resettlement agencies. Many employees have spoken out against serious misconduct and mismanagement but no serious action has been taken to address issues.
