Pros

Committed team, shared purpose, excellent benefits

Cons

Burnout is real, as in most human services organizations. Standards at the IRC are high, and corporate culture is taking over a bit.

Pros

- Nice colleagues - Great Mission -

Cons

- Some departments are under-resourced, understaffed - long hours, though it's technically a 37.5 hr week. The pace is intense and can be draining - Despite having their HQ in NYC, the org's leadership does not reflect that diversity. - Diversity is there (lots of great people from all over the world work at IRC) but the Inclusion and Equity pieces obviously need work
