      Pros

      An incredible place to work where colleagues are talented, dedicated, and highly skilled. People really care about clients and go the extra mile. The director of the Baltimore office tackled hard issues at staff meetings with amazing grace. Their response to COVID-19 organizationally was tremendously professional. I felt well informed and their were many ways to access different kinds of support. Truly a great community to be part of.

      Cons

      Like most non-profits the pay is low. There are also few opportunities for middle management. The workload is also large.
